All costs are in £GBP and exclusive of VAT.

Confirmation
Please note that no event is confirmed without a signed hire agreement and full payment of the hire fee.

Payment Terms
100% of the hire fee is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance of events costs is due 7 days after the event

Venue Management
Costs apply for the duration of your hire.

Security
Security is mandatory for all live events and recommended during loading.- Speak to a member of the PS team for more details.

Setup/De-rig
All setup and de-rig activities must take place within the hire period.

Cleaning
While live cleaners are optional but recommended, a post-event clean is mandatory and will take place overnight to ensure the space is ready for the next client. This does not include the removal of bulky items or food waste.

Late Events/Activities
If your event is scheduled to run beyond 11:00 pm, or if any licensable activities will take place, we can apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN), subject to availability and an additional fee.
